Iran movie ‘Oxidan’ to start int’l screening from Canada

Iranian film ‘Oxidan’ has been scheduled to make international debut from the Canadian cities of Vancouver and Montreal.

Directed by Hamed Mohammadi, the film will start international screening from Montreal on August 20, 2017.

Then the screening will be continued in Vancouver on September 3.

Earlier the film’s public relations office announced “The film will start international screening from the Canadian city of Toronto on August 13.”

“Knowing a simple visa issuance is such a hassle, Aslan would have never fallen in love,” the movie’s synopsis reads.

The picture’s cast includes Javad Ezzati, Amir Jafari, Shabnam Moqaddami, Shaqayeq Dehqani, Reza Behboudi, Linda Kiani and Ali Ostadi.

The film’s script is also written by Mohammadi.

A number of popular Iranian stars, including Reza Attaran, Abolhassan Davoudi, Mehran Ahmadi, and Javad Ezzati, attended its national premiere on June 29 at Zendegi Cinema Complex in Tehran.
